OUR MISSION AND VISION

Visionary Pathways’ mission is to empower members of the immigrant and refugee community to discover a career path that is in close harmony with who they are and who they hope to become through education, employment, and culture. 

Our goals are to provide employment opportunities and leadership development support to refugees, immigrants and people of color so they can successfully navigate the workforce and adult education system.

Celebrate and foster cultural and artistic diversity through food, art and storytelling and other events. Art and culture impacts our economy and education, we hope to enrich our world through Visionary Pathways by building bridges to inspire and empower our community members. 

Refugees and immigrants face broad as well as specific barriers to higher education and employment. We are committed to helping immigrant, refugee, and otherwise marginalized communities overcome these barriers with mentorship, support, and access to resources.  We can accomplish this through our strategic partnerships, and our pledge to building a collective voice.
